24-Hour Cancellation Policy for Appointments

We understand that changes do happen and we truly appreciate your advanced notice of a change in your appointment.

Should you need to change please cancel 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a $25.00 fee for no call or no show appointments. Should you have a Monday appointment please call on Friday to cancel so we have the opportunity to fill it. We truly appreciate your understanding and your help.

Saturday Appointment Policy

Saturday is limited to appointment only and adheres to the following policy.

Saturday appointments require a minimum, non-refundable, advance deposit of $100.00  towards services on that day.  Cancellations for a Saturday appointment with less than a 72 hours notice are non-refundable.
